To integrate Doran with Omnisend, please download these two apps:

Activate Omnisend integration

From the Doran admin, go to the , select .

Get Omnisend API key

Log into your Omnisend account, then go to the .
Click Create API key.
Enter a name for API key, then uncheck all the permissions and only check the Events permission field and click Save.
Once the Api key has been created, copy it.

Integrate Omnisend

Navigate to the Omnisend Integration page, paste the API key into the appropriate area.

Tick on I'm here to confirm activating this integration, and press Save.

Trigger: Review created

The trigger Review created allows starting an automation when customers give a new review from your shop.

This trigger will not launch when you import reviews.

1. Create an automation

Go to the Automation. Click the Create Workflow button, then click Create From Scratch.

2. Select the trigger Review created

3. Complete your automation

After selecting the trigger, you can add more steps for your automation. Please do not forget to Save & Close.
