Our customers submit a review and how long does it take for it to appear on the store?

After submitting a review, our app needs to take about 10 - 20 minutes to publish it.

I import reviews from other platforms (Amazon, AliExpress, Meesho, Esty, etc), the app just shows the loading screen without importing any reviews. What should I do?

  2. Please check the your URL and remove all queries after the product URL. For example: The Amazon URL is https://www.amazon.in/Emoji-Design-Stamps-Parents-Birthday/dp/B0CHFY7CDN/ref=sr_1_12?crid=1SR6G0YI4LF08&dib=xxxC3w3Uk&dib_tag=b

You should remove it: https://www.amazon.in/Emoji-Design-Stamps-Parents-Birthday/dp/B0CHFY7CDN
