Review question form

A review question form is a structured set of questions designed to gather the additional information of reviews on your products.

By using review question form, you can:

• Identify Strengths & Weaknesses: Helps pinpoint areas that excel and those needing improvement.
• Provide Actionable Insights: Guides future decisions and helps tailor products or services to better meet user needs.
• Measure Improvement Over Time: Allows for comparisons between past and present reviews to track progress.

Introduce types of review questions

We provide 3 types of review questions. We'll break down the different question formats you can use

• Text: Open-ended questions that allow respondents to elaborate on their experiences (e.g., "What did you enjoy most about the product?").

• Single Choice: Offers a set of answer options, forcing respondents to choose one (e.g., "How satisfied were you with the customer service? (Very satisfied, Somewhat satisfied, Neutral, Somewhat dissatisfied, Very dissatisfied)").

• Multiple Choice: Similar to single choice, but respondents can select multiple options (e.g., "Which features did you find most useful? (Check all that apply)").

How to set up a review question form

From the review question form listing, you can create

In this step, you have 3 sections on your form settings.

Applied product types

This part is so important with your form, we separate forms by using product types. It means you are able to set up different review question forms for different product types.

For example:

Product type: Clothes

• Does the style flatter your body type?
• Is it appropriate for the occasion you'll be wearing it for?
• Does the garment fit well?

Product type: Earrings

• Are the earrings visually appealing?
• Do the earrings appear well-made?
• Do the earrings feel comfortable to wear?

Questions

This part is the most important part on your form, you have to set questions for showing. We are able to create up to 5 questions with supported types

Status & Name

In this part, you can set the form name. The form name will use internally. Customers doesn't see this information.

After setting up all questions and product types for your form, please don't forget to turn it on by selecting Activate the review question form.
